In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any tags, labels, or protective covers must still be intact.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days, depending on your original payment method.
Refund Options
We offer two refund options:
- Store Credit: If you choose this option, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, which you can use towards any future orders.
- Original Payment Method: If you prefer, we can refund the amount directly to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not caused by us, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
